1. Import Your Contacts
HERE'S HOW
Import your customers into your account from your Google contacts or from an existing CSV file. And no worries you only have to do it once. Any customer that fills out a form or schedules an appointment through your client portal or website widgets will automatically be added to your list of clients.

2. Add Tags
Using tags in your Thryv account allows you to label, organize, group and filter information related to your business interaction with your clients. Tags provide the ability to sort your data with a personalized common word/short phrase/theme, allowing you to quickly find what’s most important to you for your specific needs and actions.

3. Add Private Notes

Add private notes within each Client Card for a quick recap about your client, what you talked about or the customer’s next steps. Each note indicates the date it was added and the staff member who added it.

Keep track of your most loyal customers with the client status of VIP! Promote customers from the client status of Customer to VIP and show your loyal customers just how much you appreciate their business. This allows you to easily filter by client status and find your loyal customers within your client list. This status can also be used to send a special VIP message with our VIP Automated Campaigns.
